Psalm 100/ Praying Psalm 100

Psalm 100/ Praying Psalm 100

1 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!
2 Serve the Lord with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!

 Lord, I want to enter into relationship with you today. I want to live today acknowledging your presence in my life. I willingly offer to serve you with gladness today. What would you have me do today? What would you have me say today? I want to take my place and join with all the universe in glorifying you today.

3 Know that the Lord, he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

 Lord, I acknowledge that I'm yours. You made me. You redeemed me. I belong to you fully. "I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."

4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!

Lord, I thank you for every precious gift in my life. I praise you for every good thing. I bless your name for all the ways you provide for me. Keep me from discontentment. Keep me from ungratefulness. Help me praise you with a thankful heart today.

5 For the Lord is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.

 Lord, I love you for who you are. You are good, loving, and faithful. Help me rest in your faithfulness toward me. Help me have peace knowing you are good to me. Bring me comfort in my afflictions trusting that nothing will ever separate me from your love. You are good and loving and faithful to me in Christ Jesus. "For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his Glory."
